- Afternoon in URBANIA or Casteldurante, world famed center of renaissance majolica ceramics historic center, museums, workshops and Ducal Palace
- Dinner hands on homemade pasta cooking lesson with Anna at the old riverside mill

MAY 7 – Do some serious Carbloading

- Lunch in a seaside restaurant in S. Bartolo’s National Park
- Afternoon follow the panoramic seaside cliff road with a stop for espresso or gelato in FIORENZUOLA a tiny quaint fishing village continue on to GRADARA voted “il borgo più bello d’italia 2018″ Italy’s most beautiful little town 2018”, explore the little walled town and its castle, maze like allies and churches.

May 8 – Take in Nature’s Wonders

- Morning “fun run” or walk in Furlo Gorge National Nature Reserve
- Truffle hunt in ACQUALAGNA heart of truffle country and home of the National Truffle Fair
- Visit with an artisan salumiere Alessandro
- Lunch in bottega with smorgasbord of Acqualagna’s truffle delicacies
- Afternoon trip to the hilltop town of FRATTEROSA capital of terracotta and Fava Bean Festival, visit artisan workshops and hands on pottery making
- Vineyard visit and wine tasting
- Dinner ” arrivaderci ” countryfest at the winery with traditional local food specialties
