WHITE is the theme of the day….the flakes keep falling so perhaps it is a good idea to gather some veggies before they disappear under a blanket of snow….uno,due,tre…. a perfect tongue pleasing, tummy warming lunch….roasted cauliflower and garlic soup with bacon and thyme ….don’t forget lots of oven toasted bruschetta with cartoceto olive oil for dipping !!!
